Explanation of your Sewer Bill

The current sewer bill format is 4 pages long, with the 2nd & 4th page containing important information about your bill & other City services. Please review this information.
This document will focus on the 1st & 3rd page of your bill. Below is a quick overview on how to interpret the readings, charges & fees.
The account holder name, mailing address & service address found on your sewer bill is determined by your water provider for Indiana American Water Company or Seelyville Water users by way of a sharing agreement between these water service providers & the City. If you need to make changes to any of these billing components you will need to contact your water provider to initiate that change.
This is only a visual guide & the charges, rates etc. shown may not be reflective of the current charges, rates etc.
