SUBMITTING PAYMENTS FOR MISDEMEANOR CASES

Your court case must be disposed in court before submitting payment.

IF THE COURT HAS ORDERED YOU TO PAY FINES  AND/OR COURT COSTS, YOU MAY SUBMIT PAYMENT.

You may also make partial payments on your Misdemeanor case.

There is a minimum payment of $25.00.

If the balance due is less than $25.00, you must pay the balance in full.

Submitting a partial payment will NOT prevent a late fee of $25.00 from being assessed after the due date.
