The first executive order directs Hoosiers to stay at home.  The executive order is 10 pages long and addresses 22 articles of information; providing details of things deemed "essential" for the purposes of combating the rampant spread of the corona virus among many other things. 

The second executive order is 3 pages long and addresses how state government is to conduct business during the shut-down and how certain time-sensitive regulatory statues are being suspended.

The first letter provides information about City Hall operations, utility disconnection suspensions, and website information for the state's Department of Health.

The second letter reinforces the governor's executive order to stay at home as well as relating some of the mayor's personal comments to the citizenry about the impact of this outbreak on our community.
