Regarding GENERAL ORDINANCE 9, 2016, the Storm Water Fee Ordinance, the Terre Haute City Council tabled this ordinance at their July 2016 Regular Meeting.  The City Council will discuss this matter at their September 2016 meetings.  The meeting dates are 9/1/2016 and 9/8/2016 at 6:00pm.

The City of Terre Haute Sanitary Board voted to table their resolution regarding the proposed Storm Water Fee in July 2016.  Until the Sanitary Board adopts their resolution regarding this fee, the City Council may not take action to adopt G.O. 9, 2016.  Please check the website for an update regarding future action for G.O. 9, 2016.
