You cannot submit payment for a MISDEMEANOR case unless you have appeared in court and have been ordered to pay fines and costs. If those steps have been taken, please select one of the following:

If you wish to MAIL your payment, send a money order made payable to TERRE HAUTE CITY CLERK. Include a copy of your ticket, signed (admission or no contest) and dated and mail all items to:

If you wish to PAY IN PERSON, our office is located at 17 Harding Avenue, Room 102 City Hall. We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm excluding holidays. We accept cash, money order or credit card in the office.
