13th and 8th Avenue Overpass Project
The 13th and 8th Avenue Overpass Project consists of constructing an overpass on North 13th Street and 8th Avenue over the CSX rail lines to reduce congestion and delay due to rail traffic.
This project currently under design and is planned to be bid in September 2025.
The current estimate for this project is approximately $30,000,000. The funding source is EDIT, ARPA, and INDOT.
