TERRE HAUTE POLICE DEPARTMENT

COMMUNITY ALLIANCE PROGRAM

The THPD Community Alliance Program, a community-focused initiative aimed at addressing issues and concerns within our city, seeks to foster stronger communication and collaboration between law enforcement and the community by establishing designated liaisons for each district within Terre Haute. The city will be divided into five districts, with a dedicated Captain assigned to oversee each district.

These Captains will serve as liaisons between the community and the police department, working closely with residents, local organizations, and community leaders to address concerns, ongoing issues, and solve problems effectively.

The THPD Alliance Program underscores our commitment to proactive community engagement and emphasizes the importance of building trust and partnerships within our neighborhoods. By working together, we can create safer and more vibrant communities for all residents of Terre Haute.

The Terre Haute Police Department encourages residents to reach out to their designated district Captain with any questions, concerns, or feedback they may have. Together, we can make a positive impact and ensure that Terre Haute remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
