  • Project will provide grade separated crossing of CSX Railroad for both 13th and 8th Ave. to increase safety and reduce delays
  • Funded by INDOT’s Local TRAX program with $13.52 million
  • INDOT funds 100% of design and construction inspection
  • Project is awaiting environmental approval
  • Land acquisition is currently in process as of August, 2023.
  • Total estimated cost of project is $26.5 million
    • Estimated Federal/State cost is $22 million
    • Estimated local cost is $4.5 million
