The City of Terre Haute Parks & Recreation Department (“City”) is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Consultants”) for the preparation of a 5-Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan (“Project”). As a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) this is not an invitation to bid and, although, price is very important, other factors will be considered pursuant to the Selection Criteria identified in this RFP.

Consultants are solely responsible for ensuring proposals are received by the City of Terre Haute Parks and Recreation Department on or before the submittal deadline. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
