The City of Terre Haute Sanitary Board approved use of the TRECS program (Tax Refund Exchange & Compliance System) to recover unpaid sewer charges. If you receive a letter indicating your refund is on hold for an unpaid sewer bill, call (812) 244-2343 to discuss your options.
