Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Terre Haute City Council is hereby called to be held in the City Hall Courtroom on the 3^rd day of December, 2015 at 5:50pm for the purpose of considering the following:

 

 

 

GENERAL ORDINANCE 12, 2015     Amending City Code, Chapter 8, Section 8-69 Specific Limited Parking Zones-Schedule O, Changing Two Hour Parking from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for the following locations: South Side of Cherry Street from 4^th Street to 9^th Street, East Side of 4^th Street from Cherry Street to Walnut Street, West Side of 5^th Street from Cherry Street to Walnut Street, East Side of 5^th Street from Cherry Street to Ohio Street, East and West Sides of 6^th Street from Cherry Street to Walnut Street, East and West Sides of 7^th Street from Wabash Avenue to Walnut Street, East and Wide Sides of 8^th Street from Cherry Street to Walnut Street and East Side of 9^th Street from 1^st Driveway North of Cherry Street to Walnut Street;

GENERAL ORDINANCE 13, 2015     Amending City Code, Chapter 8, Section 8-67, No Parking Zones-Schedule N, Deleting the following No Parking Zones: North and South Sides of Farrington Street from 5^th Street to 6^th Street, North Side of Sycamore Street from Dead End to 450’ West of 1^st Street, West Side of 2^nd Street from Chestnut Street to 200’ North of Chestnut Street, East Side of 2^nd Street from Chestnut Street to 325’ North of Chestnut Street, South Side of 3^rd Avenue from 13^th Street to 100’ West of 13^th Street, West Side of 4^th Street from Poplar Street to Tippecanoe Street, East Side of 5^th Street from Chestnut Street North for a distance of 1,170’, West Side of 5^th Street from Tippecanoe Street South for a distance of 405’, West Side of 5^th Street from Chestnut Street to 150’ North of Chestnut Street, East Side of 6^th Street from Cherry Street to Wabash Avenue, East Side of 9 ½ Street from Ohio Street to Walnut Street, East and West Sides of 9 ½ Street from Wabash Avenue to 1^st Alley South of Wabash Avenue and West Side of 8^th Avenue from Chestnut Street to 200’ North of Sycamore Street (which was created in error);
